ABOUT THE THERAPIST
Maddy Faulhaber, LMT
I, Maddy Faulhaber, am the owner and licensed massage therapist of Midwest Reset Massage. I hold an active North Dakota Massage Therapy license and am committed to maintaining high standards of professional practice and client care. My training and experience allow me to provide safe, effective massage therapy services designed to reduce pain, relieve stress, and support overall physical well-being.
My philosophy is centered on helping clients 'reset' both physically and mentally. I believe massage therapy is an important component of preventative care and long-term health. Each session is customized to address the client's goals, comfort level, and specific areas of concern. Midwest Reset Massage is built on professionalism, ethical practice, and a commitment to creating positive, long-term client relationships.
LATE/NO SHOW POLICY
- If you are 15 minutes late or more, you will be asked to reschedule and the full amount of the scheduled appointment will be charged.
- Any no call/no show appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.
- A credit card is REQUIRED to schedule an appointment and is used to cover no call/no show charges only.
- NO WALK-INS. All appointments must be made online, by call, or by text.
Health & Safety
- If you have recently been ill or had a fever in the last 24 hours, services will not be accepted and your session will need to be rescheduled.
- Please DO NOT smoke before your scheduled appointment due to the therapist's allergy to cigarette smoke; arriving with a strong smoke odor may result in your treatment being cancelled or denied.
- The therapist is VERY ALLERGIC to MUSHROOMS. Any mushroom-based topicals or products applied before your session will automatically result in cancellation, and 100% of the scheduled payment will be required.
